Our professional team supports your organization through every phase of the transition from your traditional paper journal to the new Event Journal system.
We begin with an extensive review of your previous sponsorship and journal packages that includes copy for your invitations and sales solicitations explaining the Event Journal system to your advertisers and detailing what they will receive at each ad level.
We collaborate with you and all your vendors. We contact your audio/video providers and supply specifications to best display the Event Journal slideshow on the night of the event. We recommend how best to integrate links to the Event Journal into your website and coordinate with your web master to ensure it is done. We support your administrative team by answering questions throughout the process and troubleshoot with clients and their ad agencies as needed.
For a modest fee for our time, we will attend and present Event Journal at your kick-off event to encourage the buy in of your sponsors and committee. We provide additional training sessions to extended committees so volunteers can better sell journal ads. We even provide camera-ready artwork of ads we’ve created to journal advertisers who are so pleased with our work that they use the ads elsewhere to market their own businesses.
