We develop a timeline for the efficient delivery of these materials and provide suggestions of how to introduce your new online Event Journal to your sponsors and journal advertisers. We discuss your creative and thematic needs and develop custom graphics to bring your event to life online. We provide an easy-to-use template for the submission of ad information as it is received by your office.
You will be pleased at how quickly and professionally your online journal grows as you receive commitments for additional materials and develop new ads. Event Journal submits all sections for your review prior to publishing them live on the web, and contacts sponsors with links to their online ads for review and approval.
