Your organization is licensed to use this software for one full year when you become an Event Journal client. We handle all the service, set-up, hosting and back end support. Your online journal is activated months prior to the event to convey key information and grows gradually as information is received closer to the event. When your event is over, you can use the site to post event photos (guests love to see and print their pictures), event videos, updates on funds raised and "Save the Date" information for the next year's event.
