If you already commissioned a design for the save-the-date or invitation for your nonprofit special event, we will adapt it to work with the various materials we provide. We request that you or your artist send us the file in its original layered format including all fonts included. We create the nonprofit special event website homepage, secondary page header and CSS color scheme to match and coordinate with your graphics.


don’t have artwork? no problem!

Our talented team of graphic designers knows special events! The process is easy. Clients provide as much input as they wish. We prepare two to three comps and work with the client to deliver a final look that is distinct for their event.

Once approved, the graphics will be incorporated into your website. If you are using Event Journal, Inc. to design other components of your nonprofit special event materials such as an invitation or email blasts (see ejMarketing), we will adapt the custom design into those materials, as well.
